The THREE Aromatherapy Blending Workshop will be held on Sep 27, 2025 (Saturday), and Sep 28, 2025 (Sunday).

This workshop requires online registration and payment of a booking fee of HK$250.

Each person is limited to one registration. Due to space constraints, the number of participants per session is limited. Each booking fee is valid for one participant only. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The workshop will be conducted in groups of 4, with each session lasting 60 minutes.

Upon completing registration, participants will receive a confirmation email. Participants must present the confirmation email at the designated THREE counter at the SOGO Causeway Bay on the designated date and time to attend the workshop.

The workshop will start on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be considered abandoned and you will not be able to attend the workshop.

The workshop location, date and time cannot be changed after registration. Participants who request to cancel the workshop will be deemed to have given up and no make-up workshop will be arranged.

The booking fee can only be redeemed for the purchase of three full-priced products at the designated counter on the day of the workshop. The redemption fee will be forfeited after the workshop. The redemption fee is for personal use only and cannot be resold or combined with other people's booking fees for purchases.

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted 2 hours before or during the workshop, the workshop will be cancelled and no rescheduling will be accepted. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Red Rainstorm Warning is in effect, the workshop will continue and no cancellation or rescheduling requests will be entertained.

The products of this workshop cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.

The finished products of this workshop are subject to the actual product. The promotional images are for reference only and participants are not allowed to raise any objections.

Guests who feel unwell are advised not to attend the workshop.

THREE HK is the organizer of this workshop.

The workshops will be held at designated THREE counters on Sep 27, 2025 (Saturday), and Sep 28, 2025 (Sunday).

Each person can only register for the workshop once. Once the registration is confirmed, the quota cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or other products.

Once the workshop reservation fee is confirmed, it will not be refunded or changed (including location, date and time). If the reservation is cancelled after confirmation, the paid reservation fee will not be refunded.

Participants must attend the workshop at designated THREE counters.

The reservation fee can only be redeemed in full for the purchase of THREE full-priced products at designated counters on the day of the workshop, and can only be used by the participant himself/herself. It cannot be resold or combined with other people’s reservation fees for shopping purposes.

After successfully booking a time slot and paying the booking fee, customers will receive a confirmation email immediately. Participants must go to the designated THREE counter in person on the day of the workshop and present the confirmation email. The quota is not transferable.

Failure to present the confirmation email will result in loss of the opportunity to attend the workshop.

All registration information is subject to the computer records of THREE HK and its marketing partners.

Participants must abide by the rules, terms and conditions and other relevant regulations set by THREE HK, and guarantee that the information provided is true and correct, and that they have not used, misused or misappropriated any third party's information. THREE HK has the right to disqualify any violators.

Participants participate in this workshop on a voluntary basis. All responsibilities arising from this workshop have nothing to do with THREE HK. THREE HK will be exempted from all legal liabilities and compensation.

Once a participant has confirmed his/her participation in the workshop, he/she shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions related to the workshop and to abide by the rules and instructions given by THREE HK staff during the event. If there is any violation of the terms and conditions, THREE HK staff may immediately terminate the participant's participation in the workshop and ask the participant to leave immediately.

THREE HK reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this workshop, including suspending, changing or terminating the workshop at any time without prior notice. All booking fees will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, THREE HK reserves the right to make the final decision.
