1. The membership level is valid for one year and is calculated based on the member’s accumulated consumption in the past 12 months (excluding membership level downgrade calculations).

2. You can only receive one birthday surprise during the membership validity period and it must be enjoyed within the birthday month.

3. You can enjoy double points on your first full purchase in your birthday month. Each person can only enjoy the above extra points once.

4. The new member benefits, birthday gifts, upgrade privileges and points redemption can only be redeemed at SOGO THREE stores in Causeway Bay and Kai Tak, and are not applicable to online store.

5. After upgrading to Geranium membership, you will receive an additional 500 membership points and upgrade gifts. The upgrade gift is valid for 3 months after the membership upgrade, and each person can only enjoy it once.
