Refund policy 

Our policy is not to accept refunds, including shipping costs. All products sold are non-refundable. 

Exchange policy

THREE (HONG KONG) will only accept product replacement services under the following circumstances ( products must be purchased on the THREE shopping website ):

  • The product is damaged in transit ;
  • Product quality issues ; or
  • The product does not match the purchase order.

For application for replacement of the above products , please contact customer service within 7 days from the day of receipt and attach photos of the products to be replaced. All products requested for replacement must be unopened or unused and must be accompanied by original receipts. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. When the product is returned to THREE (HONG KONG) , we will inspect and verify the return. We will process the exchange within 10 working days after receiving the product.

Please send an email to info@threecosmeticshk.com or call us at (852) 6368 2581 to apply for an exchange. Please provide the following information so that we can process your exchange request and verify it: 

  • order number 
  • order date 
  • Change product name and quantity 
  • Reason for exchange 
  • Product photos 
  1. Pack the products that need to be returned or exchanged

If we accept your exchange application, carefully package the product to be returned, along with the original receipt and packaging slip, and deliver it to the designated address in person. 

Please ensure that the product you are returning is unopened, resalable, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and accessories. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. 

Things to note 

Exchanges are limited to items of the same price or higher. 

If the product is damaged during transportation or has quality problems, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product. 

In case of any dispute, THREE ( HONG KONG) reserves the right of final decision.
