Shipping Policy ( Hong Kong and Macau )

Except for the preferential activities specially noted on the website, the freight handling principles are as follows:

Enjoy free shipping when your order amount exceeds HK$ 500 after discount.
If the order amount is less than HK$ 500 after discount, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will be charged a shipping fee of HK$ 30 , and the Macau Special Administrative Region will be charged a shipping fee of HK$ 70 .

We currently only accept shipments to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ( including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and outlying islands ) and the Macau Special Administrative Region. We currently do not support mainland China and overseas.
Products will be delivered to the designated address in approximately 5-10 working days. However, it is not ruled out that delivery time may be affected due to holidays or special traffic conditions. Delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays. If you choose the SF Express smart locker self-pickup service, you may have a delay in receiving your order because the selected smart locker is not available.
If you are unable to receive the goods as scheduled due to your personal reasons. Please contact SF Express for further arrangements. SF Express will charge additional administrative fees. If the shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly, the company may cancel your order without refund due to failure to make delivery arrangements.
You can choose to receive your goods via "SF Express Standard Delivery Service" or "SF Express Station / Smart Cabinet Self-Pickup Service".
If you choose "SF Express Standard Delivery Service":

Please make sure the correct recipient's phone number and delivery address are provided when ordering so that you can contact us for delivery.
Please do not use a post office box as your shipping address.
Standard delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, outlying islands and Macau. This service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Tai Long Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Island.
Each order can only be sent to one address. If you want to ship the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders according to different addresses.

SF Express will send a "Pickup Notification" SMS to your mobile phone number ( supports +852 mobile phone number ) before the parcel is available for pickup. After the SMS is sent, the parcel will be picked up within 3 days. If you pick up the goods after the due date, it will be regarded as giving up the pick-up. Please contact SF Express for all delivery matters. The company will not inquire or change any delivery arrangements on behalf of customers.
