Shipping Policy ( Hong Kong and Macau )

  1. In addition to the special promotions specified on the website, the freight processing principles are as follows:
    • Free shipping is available for orders over HK$ 500 after discount.
    • If the order amount after discount is less than HK$ 500 , a shipping fee of HK$ 30 will be charged to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and a shipping fee of HK$ 70 will be charged to the Macao Special Administrative Region.
  2. We currently only accept deliveries to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ( including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands ) and Macau Special Administrative Region. We do not support Mainland China and overseas.

  3. The product will be available at It will be delivered to the designated address within 3-5 working days. However, the delivery time may be affected by holidays or special traffic conditions. No delivery service is provided on Sundays and public holidays. If you choose SF Express Smart Locker Self-collection Service, you may have a chance to delay the delivery due to the lack of space in the selected smart locker.

  4. If you are unable to receive the goods on time due to your personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make further arrangements. SF Express will charge an additional administrative fee. If the goods are repeatedly delivered, the company may cancel your order due to failure to make delivery arrangements and will not make a refund.

  5. You can choose to receive the goods through "SF Express Standard Delivery Service" or "SF Express Station / Smart Locker Self-Pickup Service".

  6. If you choose "SF Express Standard Delivery Service":
    • Please ensure that the correct recipient's phone number and delivery address are provided when ordering so that we can contact the delivery person.
    • Please do not use a PO Box as the delivery address.
    • Standard delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau. This service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island.
    • Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders for different addresses.

The parcel will be picked up within 3 days after the SMS. If the parcel is picked up after the deadline, it will be regarded as giving up the pickup. Please inquire with SF Express for all delivery matters. The company will not inquire or change any delivery arrangements on behalf of customers.

  2. If you choose "SF Smart Locker Self-Pickup Service":

    • SF Express will send a "Pickup Notice" SMS to your mobile phone number ( support +852 mobile phone number ) before the package is ready for pickup.
