1. The THREE Preserved Flower Calligraphy Workshop will be held from January 23 to January 26, 2025 (Thursday to Sunday).
2. This workshop requires online registration and payment of a booking fee of HK$150.
3. Each person can only register once. Due to the venue space, the number of participants in each session is limited. Each reservation fee is only valid for one participant. The number of places is limited and will be filled up on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. The workshop will be conducted in groups of 4-6 people, and each session will last 60 minutes.
5. After completing the registration, participants will receive a confirmation email immediately. Participants must go to the SOGO THREE counters in Causeway Bay and Kai Tak on the designated date and time to present the confirmation email to attend the workshop.
6. The workshop will start on time. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, your reservation will be considered abandoned and you will not be able to attend the workshop.
7. The workshop location, date and time cannot be changed after registration. If the participant requests to cancel, it will be regarded as a waiver and no make-up workshop will be arranged.
8. The reservation fee can only be redeemed for full-priced THREE products at designated counters on the day of the workshop. It will be considered abandoned afterwards. It can only be used by the participant himself and cannot be resold or combined with other people's reservation fees for shopping purposes.
9. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is still hoisted 2 hours before or during the workshop, the workshop will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Red Rainstorm Warning is issued, the workshop will continue to be held and no cancellation or date change request will be accepted.
10. The products of this workshop cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
11. The finished products of this workshop are subject to the actual product. The promotional pictures are for reference only and participants are not allowed to raise any objections.
12. Guests are kindly requested not to attend the workshop if they are feeling unwell.

2. The workshop will be held from January 23 to January 26, 2025 at designated THREE counters.

6. The reservation fee can only be redeemed in full for the purchase of THREE full-priced products at designated counters on the day of the workshop, and can only be used by the participant himself/herself. It cannot be resold or combined with other people’s reservation fees for shopping purposes.
7. After successfully booking a time slot and paying the booking fee, customers will receive a confirmation email immediately. Participants must go to the designated THREE counter in person on the day of the workshop and present the confirmation email. The quota is not transferable.
8. Failure to present the confirmation email will result in loss of the opportunity to attend the workshop.
9. All registration information is subject to the computer records of THREE HK and its marketing partners.
10. Participants must abide by the rules, terms and conditions and other relevant regulations set by THREE HK, and guarantee that the information provided is true and correct, and that they have not used, misused or misappropriated any third party's information. THREE HK has the right to disqualify any violators.
11. Participants participate in this workshop on a voluntary basis. All responsibilities arising from this workshop have nothing to do with THREE HK. THREE HK will be exempted from all legal liabilities and compensation.
12. Once a participant has confirmed his/her participation in the workshop, he/she shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions related to the workshop and to abide by the rules and instructions given by THREE HK staff during the event. If there is any violation of the terms and conditions, THREE HK staff may immediately terminate the participant's participation in the workshop and ask the participant to leave immediately.
13. THREE HK reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this workshop, including suspending, changing or terminating the workshop at any time without prior notice. All booking fees will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, THREE HK reserves the right to make the final decision.
